Know that your BTC Board is closely monitoring the pandemic situation to frame what our club may be able to do during the summer season and how and when to open up. We know everyone wants to swim at Warner Lake when it's safe and comfortable for all: members, guards, guests, and local residents. We will follow all rules and guidelines from the CDC, NYS, Albany County, and the Town of Berne, and we'll need to respect that local lake residents can be wary of our gatherings in their neighborhood. How and when the local rules and guidelines permit clubs like ours to restart is still not yet known, but we are formulating plans for all possible scenarios. Further updates will follow when a timeline is known to enable us to safely begin the BTC 2020 activities. Know that your BTC Board wants as much as you do to start swimming and training as soon as it can safely begin. In the meantime, we hope you'll keep the spirit of BTC going with virtual interactions and support.
