The Capital District Triathlon Club invites BTC members and friends to their Cabin Fever event on Saturday, February 1 at 2:30 PM. It will be held at the Orchard Tavern West in Star Plaza, Guilderland. (The address is 2050 Western Ave, Guilderland, New York 12084). Dr. Sullenberger, a local cardiologist will be sharing his insights with us on heart health and how to take the best care of ourselves as endurance athletes.
Food and soft drinks will be provided. There will also be door prizes!
